CR Foundation successfully organized an Orthopaedics Health Camp with a special focus on senior citizens and their joint health. The camp was aimed at identifying common bone and joint issues at an early stage and guiding elders on simple ways to manage pain and improve mobility in their daily lives.
Experienced orthopaedic doctors conducted one-on-one check-ups to assess joint stiffness, knee pain, back problems, and posture-related concerns. Seniors were educated about age-related joint changes and were given practical advice on maintaining correct posture while walking, sitting, and sleeping. Doctors also demonstrated easy movement and stretching exercises that can be safely done at home to improve flexibility and reduce discomfort.
In addition to medical guidance, the camp emphasized preventive care by encouraging an active lifestyle, regular movement, and timely consultation for joint problems. The interactive sessions allowed seniors to ask questions and understand how small lifestyle changes can make a big difference in long-term joint health.
Through this initiative, CR Foundation reinforced its commitment to improving the quality of life of elders by helping them stay active, independent, and pain-free.
